The booming airline industry in India has led to the creation of many new jobs and this is always a great thing for the economy. The qualifications that most carriers demand for such positions include excellent oral and written communications skills in English and other local languages like Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati. Computer and Internet skills are also important as is at least three years of college education. Such employees should also be aware of the schedule shifts and be able to accommodate these varied timings.
